When Dr Ball immediately mentioned to me in my consultation that I should have a medication review, I was quite thrown at first as I had turned up to discuss a frontal transplant. But Dr Ball diagnosed what I had been choosing to ignore... that my crown was thinning as well, due to a lack of effective medication use for more than a decade. However, his guidance that day meant that only a few months later, the transplant I had together with my new medication has produced a head of hair that looks fantastic. I no longer have to wash my hair every day to create fullness, and various people have commented on how good my hair looks, even the colour. My mother keeps asking if I have dyed it - I haven't. It was a big process to go through but absolutely worth it for my hairs' current state.
