I was given a really thorough examination by Dr Ball after David had enquired about my circumstance and answered any initial questions in both the video zoom and in-person meeting. Dr Ball took his time with me and answered all my questions with great detail in a very personable manner. The experience left me feeling comfortable, reassured and confident in regards to future surgery.
