I've genuinely enjoyed my time at The Maitland Clinic. Despite all my initial fears, I found myself immediately relieved at how smooth everything went and how welcome I felt. I've had two hair transplants here and the main draw for me is Dr Edward Ball himself, as well as his lovely team. Hair is very personal, and Dr Ball is so friendly and down to earth. You wouldn't think he was an international superstar hair restoration surgeon! He just felt like a friend. Also, I loved how much time he took with me. He doesn't pay any attention to the clock, he simply wants to make sure he creates the most natural hairline to suit your face. Thanks so much Dr Ball! I look forward to seeing you again in a year with the results!
