Just a quick note to say huge thanks to you and the team for a really positive experience.
As you know, I did the rounds of other clinics in Harley Street about two years’ ago and found them all seriously wanting, but I am glad to report that The Maitland Clinic certainly delivered on its promise of superior quality.
Like most, I was somewhat apprehensive on arrival but I was quickly put at ease and the day unfolded flawlessly.
With no doubt much hard work, you’ve built a great business and a terrific team and you are to be congratulated - my grateful thanks to Karen, Gina, Ildi, Honor, Maddy and Kate for their kindness and unfailing humour.
