Thanks so much for this life changing experience! For the first time in 15 years I'm not worried about my hair. The whole process was perfect, I felt like an individual, not someone on an assembly line. I never felt like it was getting the hard sell like so many clinics. Everyone was extremely attentive from start to finish. Even more so on the day and I never felt self conscious despite this being something I would have been self conscious about in normal situations. It was thousands upon thousands of little things done right, from the vibration trick for my nerves in my scalp, the attentiveness of the staff. The medication I took bespoke to my scalps needs (I'm a bleeder) helped me be relaxed and comfortable during the process. The atmosphere was so good that I felt comfortable enough to admit I hadn't eaten that morning (I really struggle with breakfast I'm more of a brunch person) and it being handled with a meal so I would have energy over the day. The aftercare was brilliant too. Extremely clear what I had to do and when. I'm 100% sure the ATP spray made a big difference to allow the result I got, and I applied it religiously. The only downside is I was a bit unlucky with the itchy scalp issues but sometimes this is out of everyone's hands!
