This gentleman flew to The Maitland Clinic from overseas in order to thicken his crown. He had established some stability of his hair loss with use of Regaine foam for several years but wanted to reduce the residual see-through element. Dr Ball harvested 1349 grafts (totaling 2564 hairs) using the motorised hybrid trumpet punch and the WAW device.
